Thank you for booking and purchasing with Beauty and Beast Hair Lounge. We're just a couple that wants to enhance your confidence/beauty while building an empire. Our goal is to satisfy every client that walks into our salon, young and elder. We strive to provide the best customer service.
Pnutt Da Fadeologist- I always had a vision to become a Barber but other life situations took priority, however I made a decision in 2017 to step out on faith and go after my dreams and has been very successful in doing so. I am now a certified Barber in Texas and enjoys using my clippers.
Rae Da Braidologist- I always loved hair, mainly braids, however it was never the "right time" to pursue my passion in becoming a hairstylist. in 2017, i decided to enroll in YouTube University and taught myself how to braid. in 2019, i decided to take that leap of faith and go all in. I quit my job with little savings and i put my fingers to work. i enjoy braiding, especially young girls. i love giving them that confidence boost. It's not a job, it's something that truly makes me happy.
What you need to know before booking?
Braids- Hair must be washed and blow/comb out. If Braider has to wash and blow dry, there will be an additional $20 fee added to your services.
Hair and accessories are included for certain styles (please see note attached to style when booking). Please inform braider of hair color prior to your appointment (leave in notes on Booksy). Ruwa braiding hair is my preferred hair. If bringing another brand, please ensure it's pre-stretched. there is no difference in pricing.
Tardy-We strive to provide great quality work in a timely manner and be on time for each client. please inform your barber or Braider If you will be 10-20 minutes late, Your appointment may be delayed, canceled, and/or a late fee may be applied after 20 minutes of being late. Please contact stylist if you are going to be tardy.
Redo/Refund policy- We do not either refund service charge fees, or do we refund products prices. Only exchanges are allowed for products. All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 48 hours of being serviced (corrective services do NOT include hair or extra hair products needed for correction). If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving the salon. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from the salon if time allow. We do not offer refunds on services.
Cancellation- We require you to cancel within 24 hours. This will allow us time to re-book another client as we do not over schedule.
